Team facilitation 2 – roles and responsibilities:
The journey from individual members, via personal assessment such as HOGAN, MBTI, NEO-PI-3, Firo-B and Belbin, to trusting team relationships and commitment to shared agreements.

Training of team trainers:
How best to share knowledge and train colleagues with greater impact. Training consultants, instructors, HR and other teams who wish to improve their facilitation skills - face-to-face or online.
